Kimberling City is a small quaint little town on the quiet side of the lake. Many of the homes have lake views and the residents enjoy nature, fishing, and community. The visitors love it for it's home-town feel, beautiful nature trails and views of the lake, and it hospitality.

Everywhere you turn in Kimberling City, MO there's another beautiful view of the lake. You can access the lake from almost anywhere and the Port of Kimberling marina is the hub for boat rentals, slip rentals, fishing, restaurants, camping and more. 

Kimberling City has a very small population of people that live here year round, less than 2500. It's close to Branson, MO and all the shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and lodging of the tourist area but yet still feels very quaint and quiet. This is one of the reasons this area is so sought after. With the small population though comes a smaller amount of real estate inventory available.
